Best connection tip. Plug the camera directly into your computer’s USB port for the most stable performance. If you are using a non-official Windows activation and Hello does not work, switching to a Microsoft account or creating a new standard user account may help.
Microphone setup note. If you are not getting audio, go to Settings, System, Sound, Input, then select USB2.0 device as your microphone.
