Processing Time
Processing times vary based on customer status. For new customers, orders may require up to 5 business days to process.
This initial processing period allows us to verify order details and ensure secure transactions, helping protect both our customers and our company from fraud, scams, and abuse.
Once a customer has successfully completed their first qualifying purchase and established a positive order history, processing times may be reduced to as little as 24 hours.
This system helps us create a safer shopping experience for genuine customers and allows trusted members to receive added benefits such as faster processing, discounts, and other exclusive perks.

We continuously evaluate and add more couriers to provide the fastest shipping options within our delivery timeframes.
Delivery Times
Our delivery timeframes are on each product page stated on the sidebar, not including the time taken to process orders. This timeframe starts once an order is dispatched. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, with some couriers also operating over the weekend. While weekend delivery is not guaranteed, it can expedite the shipping process.
Regular Delivery Times: examples of delivery times are 2 – 8 days or 7 – 16 days.
Delivery Time (that states): We will never add any product delivery time above 20 days for delivery. We give at least 20 days because some products are custom-made.
