Processing times vary based on customer status. For new customers, orders may require up to 5 business days to process.
This initial processing period allows us to verify order details and ensure secure transactions, helping protect both our customers and our company from fraud, scams, and abuse.
Once a customer has successfully completed their first qualifying purchase and established a positive order history, processing times may be reduced to as little as 24 hours.

Delivery Times
This timeframe starts once an order is dispatched. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, with some couriers also operating over the weekend. While weekend delivery is not guaranteed, it can expedite the shipping process.

For custom-made products, depending on the product can take up to 30 days, for example, special custom-made costumes. These are more for a plan-ahead type situation.
