- 100% Auto Leveling: The print head features a sensor for automatic leveling after assembly. It detects the distance to the print bed, and with a slice setting Y offset of -0.1 to -0.2mm, ensures strong adhesion to the belt.
- Metal Conveyor Belt: Primarily coated with PEI, the printing area is warm, promoting strong model adhesion, and its high hardness prevents models from shaking. The detachment area is cold, making it easy to separate models from the conveyor belt.
- Klipper Firmware (Fully Open Source) / Fast Printing: With print speeds exceeding 400+ mm/s, powered by the open-source Klipper system, the XY axis moves smoothly. The Z-axis is robust, featuring a gearbox integrated within the roller.
- Lost Step Detection: Various factors can cause a layer shift or lost step during printing, such as incorrect XY or Z-axis movement (e.g., due to dust), poor model adhesion (especially for 45-degree printing where each layer needs contact with the belt, potentially due to incorrect filament temperature or complex models lacking proper support), or excessive print speed. If a lost step occurs, the printer might hit an edge or scratch the belt. This detection function stops printing in such situations, protecting the print head and conveyor belt. You can then investigate the cause of the lost step.
- Enclosure Box: Ideal for printing high-temperature filaments like ABS or nylon, it prevents models from warping and cracking.
- Extend Roll: Ensures good adhesion on the print side and prevents models from bending, particularly for long models.
- Wifi and Camera: Enables remote control via phone or computer. If sufficient filament is loaded, you can operate it for extended periods even when not physically present.
- LED Light: Allows you to check the printer status at night.
- Filament Input Detection: If the filament feed stops for more than 12mm, the printer will pause. This indicates a potential issue with the filament, a clogged nozzle, or that the filament has run out. After reloading, printing can resume.
- Easy Assembly and Stable Printing: Based on auto-leveling for excellent adhesion, the metal belt keeps models stable. All main electronic parts are our design, and we use high-quality components for the heater, thermistor, fans, and power supply.
