What to do if the mouse does not respond

1. Use the data cable to charge the mouse.

2. Try a different USB port for the receiver.

3. Confirm the power switch on the bottom is set to On (or the active position).

4. Restart the computer.

5. Pair again: power on the mouse, press the left, middle, and right buttons at the same time, insert the receiver into the computer, wait 5 seconds, then release the buttons.
