Sovol Filament Dryer is designed for drying filament, able to remove moisture and restore good print quality. Humid filament can cause printing issues such as strings, bubbles, uneven extrusion lines, and even clogged hot ends. Therefore, a filament dryer is essential for every 3D printer owner. We’ve included enhanced features for this important accessory.

Large Capacity:

Compared to other filament dryers, the Sovol filament dryer can store two spools of filament with a width of less than 70 mm or one filament roll with a width of less than 150 mm. This is great news for 3D printer owners, satisfying a wider range of needs, such as those who print with 2 KG/roll, those with two or more single extruder 3D printers, or those with IDEX 3D printers.

Adjustable Temperature & Time:

Both temperature and time are adjustable. Press the function button to set the temperature to 40°C, 45°C, or 50°C, then use the up button to adjust the temperature. Press the function button again to set the drying time from 6 to 12 hours, then use the up button to adjust the time.

Humidity Display:

The humidity of the filament dryer box is displayed in real-time, providing a convenient reference for users regarding the filament’s humidity.

Excellent Sealing Storage Function:

A transparent silicone spacer around the edge of the box, along with two closed Teflon outlets, creates a vacuum environment for long-term filament storage without power. We recommend placing four bags of desiccant (not included) inside the dryer box to improve drying efficiency and quality.

Two Teflon Outlets:

Two Teflon outlets allow for smoother filament loading from the dryer to the extruder. When storing filament, these outlets can be closed. When drying, they can be opened to allow moisture to escape. This small design feature makes the product unique.

Two Locking Clips:

Two locking clips securely fasten the lid, preventing it from opening due to the extruder’s pulling strength during printing. You can confidently use the filament dryer as a filament holder while printing.
