Digital Transfer Film is the newest method in the digital printing world. With this DTF method, it is easy to print t-shirts. Additionally, the texture of the print is very strong and elastic because the ink material is made of plastisol. Adhesive glue or powdered flour helps attach the printout from the film to the t-shirt material, making the print tight, non-porous, and solid.

Printing Process:

• Use professional software to design the image, then print the pattern on the PET film (shake the CISS before printing).
• Sprinkle an appropriate amount of hot melt powder on the printed PET film and shake off the excess powder.
• Place the PET film on a heat transfer machine and bake for 5-7 minutes until the hot melt powder melts, then remove the PET film.
• Lay the t-shirt flat on the heat transfer machine and press the side sprinkled with hot melt powder onto the t-shirt for hot stamping. Hot stamping takes 15-20 seconds (adjust the pressure to the maximum).
