Advantages of DTF ink
- White ink has strong covering power and good whiteness.
- The compatibility of white ink and color ink is good, allowing printing of both with larger amounts without mutual penetration.
- White ink and color ink printed on the heat transfer film have high color density, no whitening, and bright colors.
- After transfer, the print feels soft, with good stretchability and resilience.
- High color fastness to dry and wet rubbing, washing, and perspiration (above level 4).
- Small text prints clearly, the powder is evenly distributed on the ink, and the fastness is good.

How to Achieve DTF Printing
- Modify an Epson printer into a DTF printer, or purchase a DTF printer. Prepare a hot press machine, hot press sheets, oven, AcroRIP9.03 software, and consumables (DTF Ink, hot melt powder, PET films, cleaner, etc.).
- Install the AcroRIP software.
- Configure AcroRIP settings, such as ink settings and printing color sequences (e.g., print color first or color + white).
- Print the design: print color first, then white.
- Apply powder: shake the powder onto the PET film to stick to the printed pattern, then shake off any excess powder.
- Dry and melt the powder: Place the film in the oven at 140-150°C for 3-5 minutes. Check if the melting is adequate after baking.
- Press the design: Place the printed film on the prepared T-shirt, cover it with a hot press sheet, and press at 160-180°C for 10-20 seconds. (For the hot pressing sheet, Teflon gives a gloss finish, parchment paper gives a semi-gloss finish, and kraft paper gives a matte finish.)
- Remove the T-shirt and peel off the film. (All parameters are for reference only.)
