Description
Procolored 500ML 5-Pack DTF Printer Ink Refill for R1390 L1800
Advantages of DTF Ink
- White ink has strong covering power and good whiteness.
- The compatibility of white ink and color ink is good, allowing large amounts of white and color ink to be printed without mutual penetration.
- White ink and color ink provide high color density on the heat transfer film, resulting in no whitening and bright colors.
- After transfer, the hand feels soft, with good stretchability and resilience.
- High color fastness to dry and wet rubbing, color fastness to washing, and resistance to perspiration (above level 4).
- Clear small text prints, evenly distributed powder on the ink, and good fastness.

How to Achieve DTF Printing
- Modify an Epson printer to a DTF Printer, or purchase a DTF printer. Prepare a heat press machine, heat press sheets, an oven, AcroRip 9.03 software, and consumables (DTF Ink, hot melt powder, PET films, cleaner, etc.).
- Install AcroRip software.
- Configure AcroRip settings, such as ink settings, print color order (color first, then white), etc.
- Print by first applying color and then white.
- Powdering: Shake hot melt powder onto the PET film to stick to the printed pattern, then remove excess powder.
- Drying and Melting: Place the film in an oven, adjust the temperature to 140-150°C, and bake for 3-5 minutes. Ensure the powder has melted properly.
- Pressing: After confirming the melting is complete, place the printed film on the prepared T-shirt. Cover it with a heat press sheet and press. Set the heat press temperature to 160-180°C and press for 10-20 seconds. (Recommended sheets: Teflon for a gloss finish, parchment paper for semi-gloss, and kraft paper for a matte finish.)
- Remove the T-shirt and peel off the film. (All parameters are for reference only.)
