A: What is Recycled Filament?

We sell this to recover scrap material. We’re making filament out of our industrial scrap to keep it out of landfills and to provide a very usable material, especially for prototyping. We don’t make any money on it; we are just moving it out.

We take these wasted raw materials and semi-finished products, re-collect them, shape them twice, and re-process them into new recycled filament.

It is an important part of JAYO’s plan to contribute to the world’s environmental protection.

PLA Filament Features

Platform Temp.: Alternatives 60-80℃

Wire diameter: 1.75 mm

Tolerance: ±0.02MM

Printing temperature: 220-250℃

Bottom plate temperature: Needs glue when not heating

Heating 60-80℃, no glue

Rally (KGF): 8-14

Melt index: 6-11g/10min (220℃, 2.16kg)

Elongation at break: 210%

Printing speed: 50-100MM/s

Air bubbles: 100% zero bubbles

PETG filament is easy to use like PLA, with durable strength like ABS.

PETG Filament Features

• Environmental protection and non-toxic;
• Low shrinkage, bright color, high transparency, and good gloss.
• Good toughness, not easy to be brittle, good acid and alkali resistance, excellent weather resistance, and good adhesion.
• Good dimensional stability, no cracks, and warping.
