30A Brushless ESC Speed Controller

Function:

• Safe Power-On Function: The motor will not start immediately when the power is turned on, regardless of the throttle position, to prevent personal injury.
• Throttle Stroke Calibration Function: Adapts to different remote controls’ throttle strokes, enhancing throttle response linearity for smooth and precise speed control.

Program Setting Items:

• Battery Type: Options are Li-xx (Lithium battery) or Ni-xx (Nickel-Cadmium or Nickel-Metal Hydride), with the default set to Li-xx (Lithium battery).
• Low Voltage Protection Mode: Options are to reduce power or turn off the output, with the default being power reduction.
• Low Voltage Protection Threshold: Settings are low, medium, or high, with the default being the cut-off discharge voltage.
• Startup Mode: Choices are normal, soft, or super soft startup, with the default being normal. Normal is suitable for fixed-wing aircraft, and soft and super soft are for helicopters.
• Timing: Options are low, medium, or high, with the default being medium. Low timing is generally more versatile, but medium or high can be used depending on the motor type.

• Power Input Terminal: Uses ultra-low impedance, large-capacity electrolytic capacitors for enhanced anti-interference.
• Output MOSFET Power Tube: Equipped with an independent heat sink to reduce temperature rise and improve high current working capacity.
• Control: Utilizes single-chip control.
• Single-Chip Microcomputer: Features an independent voltage-stabilizing chip to minimize power supply interference and improve stability.

Performance Description:

• Speed Limits: Up to 210,000 rpm for 2 poles, 35,000 rpm for 12 poles, and 42,000 rpm for 14 poles.
• Control: 8KHz PWM control with a speed control curve and automatic throttle adaptation for various remote controls.
• BEC Feature: Separates power supply for the MCU, enhancing stability.

Setting Method:

• Turn on the transmitter and set the throttle to the highest position.
• Connect the receiver and motor.
• Turn on the ESC power supply and follow the audio cues for settings.
• Select the desired setting by adjusting the throttle position as prompted by the audio cues.

Brake Setting:

• The factory setting is without a brake. You can set the brake operation as needed, and it can be canceled by repeating the brake setting operation.

Factory Parameter Reset:

• If there are changes in acceleration, steering, or throttle curve, a factory parameter reset can be performed to regain maximum performance.
