WARNING TIPS:
- Extending to 2 monitors with different screens is ONLY supported on Windows laptops. Not supported on MacBooks.
- On MacBooks, the 2 extended monitors will duplicate the same screen.
- Supports 4K or 2K resolution when only one HDTV monitor is connected.
- When connecting more than one monitor, all extended resolutions will be reduced to 1080p.
- The HDTV and 3.5mm audio port share the same audio channel.
- If the connected HDTV monitor doesn’t support audio, the 3.5mm audio port will also be disabled.
- Ensure the host USB-C port is on the left side of your laptop.
- The cable length may not be sufficient if the USB-C port is on the right side when placing the docking station underneath the laptop.
- Alternatively, do not place the docking station under the laptop.
- When extending monitors using the docking station:
- Connect to the monitors first, then to the laptop.
- HDTV and VGA hot-plug are not supported.
