PricZone $5,000 Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility – New customers enter to win $5,000

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., 18+ at time of entry. Employees/agents of PricZone, as well as their immediate household members, are not eligible. New customers only: To qualify via purchase, the entrant must not have completed an order at PricZone.com before 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 16, 2025. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion period (dates) – New customers enter to win $5,000

Starts 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 16, 2025, and ends 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 21, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s order system timestamps (Central Time) control.

Winner drawing date: September 28, 2025.

3. How to enter (purchase) – New customers enter to win $5,000

Purchase entry (simple): All a new customer needs to do is make one purchase of $150 or more (pre-tax and before shipping/discounts) at PricZone.com during the Promotion Period. That single qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry per person. Additional purchases do not provide additional entries.

• Postmark between September 16, 2025, and September 21, 2025; must be received by September 28, 2025.
• Limit one (1) total entry per person (purchase or AMOE, not both). Multiple entries by the same person/household/email/phone/shipping address are void.
• Mechanically reproduced or automated submissions are void.

Late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries are not the Sponsor’s responsibility.

4. Purchase conditions – New customers enter to win $5,000

• Only orders placed directly at PricZone.com during the Promotion Period qualify.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or reversed at any time, the associated entry is void.
• Digital gift cards do not count toward the $150 threshold unless expressly stated on the offer page.
• Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent the one-entry rule may result in disqualification.

5. Winner selection method – New customers enter to win $5,000

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random computerized drawing on September 28, 2025, from all eligible entries.

• For purchase entries, eligibility is determined from the Sponsor’s order database and Central Time timestamps. If a person makes multiple qualifying purchases, only the first purchase counts (one entry per person).
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days and must complete any required affidavit/release within seven (7) days, or an alternate may be selected.

6. Prize – New customers enter to win $5,000

One (1) prize: $5,000 USD. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No other substitution/transfer permitted.

7. Prize fulfillment & payment methods

Payment will be made by a method mutually agreed upon by the Sponsor and winner: Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, or paper check. Winner must provide accurate account details and any information reasonably required to complete payment and comply with applicable laws.

• Winner must complete identity verification and any required tax forms.
• Sponsor will issue a written or electronic prize payment receipt confirming date, method, and amount. This serves as proof of delivery for the Sponsor’s records.
• Sponsor isn’t responsible for delays/failures by payment networks or incorrect recipient information. If a method is unavailable or fails, Sponsor may use an alternate method.

8. Taxes and forms

Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and costs not expressly stated. Where required, the winner must complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the prize value.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

10. General conditions

• Sponsor’s decisions final: Eligibility, compliance, and winner selection determinations are final and binding.
• Right to cancel/modify: Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning.
• Disqualification: Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the process, violates these Terms, acts disruptively, or attempts to undermine the Promotion.
• Errors/omissions: Sponsor isn’t responsible for typographical/administrative/technological errors in these Terms or related materials. If there’s a conflict, these Terms control.
• Severability/waiver: If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it’s severed and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce isn’t a waiver.
• Governing law/venue: Texas law governs (conflict-of-laws excluded). Subject to arbitration below, exclusive venue is in state/federal courts in Harris County, Texas.

11. Release, limitation of liability & indemnity

By participating, entrants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PricZone and its affiliates and their officers/directors/employees/agents (“Released Parties”) from any claim arising out of participation or receipt/use/misuse of the prize.

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; total liability shall not exceed the prize value.

Released Parties aren’t responsible for (a) inaccuracies; (b) technical malfunctions; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) lost/late/misdirected/undeliverable communications; or (e) injury/damage related to participation or prize.

12. Binding arbitration & class action waiver

Except for claims in small-claims court, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the FAA, administered by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator seated in Harris County, Texas. No class or representative actions. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees/costs, subject to applicable law.

13. Third-party platform notice

If promoted on third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Google, etc.), entrants acknowledge the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms and release them from all liability.

14. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and for communications consistent with that policy.

16. Winner list

For the confirmed winner’s name, send an email to support@priczone.com and ID showing the winner’s name within your state within 60 days after the winner is confirmed, and include: “PricZone $5,000 Giveaway – Winner List”. We will check if all the information matches your account on this site.  Any attempt to commit fraud against us or our system, we retain the right to void this contest for the said winner.  The email needs to match the account as well. After thorough checkpoints, we will then email the winner back requesting ACH information, Zelle, or the agreed payment method.
